Ambassador Programme Policy

What the programme pays, and what it asks.
The ambassador policy in plain words, then the policy itself.

Ten per cent of every sale made through your personal code or link, no cap, paid monthly through Social Snowball. In return: use the gear on your own dog, disclose every post, and say nothing about a product that its page does not say. If you leave, or we end it, what you have earned is paid.

Below: what you get and what we ask, where the code may and may not go, how the money is worked out and paid, the policy itself, and the questions ambassadors ask before they apply. The policy is the contract for the programme; the Ambassador Hub is where the language kit and the images live.

What you get, and what we ask

Four cards cover the deal. The table below covers where the line is.

  • You get

    A rate, a code and a dashboard

10% of every sale made through your personal code or link, on new and returning customers alike, with no monthly cap. A personal discount code, so the people who use it pay less and the sale is credited to you without a link. A Social Snowball dashboard that shows every sale as it happens, and the language kit and product images on the Ambassador Hub.

  • You are paid

Monthly, once the refund window has passed

Commission is credited when the order is placed and paid on the first business day of each month for sales that have cleared the refund window. Payouts run through Social Snowball to PayPal or as store credit, your choice. Returns, cancellations and chargebacks come off before payout; that is the only deduction.

  • We ask

Use it, disclose it, say what the page says

Put the gear on your own dog before you recommend it. Label every post, story, reel or video that carries your code or link as paid, gifted product included. Say only what the product page says, in your own words, and send health questions to a vet rather than to a product. Keep the code with your own audience, not on coupon sites.

  • It ends

Any time, by either side, with what you earned paid

You can leave from your dashboard or by email; we can end an account by email. Commission earned before the end date is paid at the next payout. The exceptions are the breaches listed in the policy (coupon sites, undisclosed posts, health claims, misleading tactics, rough handling of an animal on camera), which deactivate the code and forfeit commission on the sales involved.

How the money works

Three numbers the old policy never stated. They are in the policy so you can plan around them.

  • Commission

10% of the order subtotal after any discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and import charges, on every order placed through your code or your link. Not paid on your own orders, on trade orders or on gift card purchases. If the rate ever changes, it changes for future sales only, with thirty days' notice by email.

  • Attribution

Your code credits you whenever it is used. Your link credits you for thirty days from the click, on a last-click basis, so if a customer clicks two ambassadors' links the most recent one is credited. Both are tracked by Social Snowball and visible in your dashboard.

  • Payout

On the first business day of each month, for commission on orders that have cleared the refund window and have not been refunded, cancelled or charged back. By PayPal or as WOOPF™ store credit, your choice, in US dollars, with a US$20 minimum that rolls over until it is reached. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, and we may ask for the details needed to pay you.

The policy itself

The policy

This is the Ambassador Programme Policy. It is the contract between WOOPF™ and each ambassador, it applies alongside our Terms of Service, and the version in force when a sale is made is the one that applies to that sale.

Effective 22 September 2026.

The programme, and who runs it

The WOOPF™ Ambassador Programme ("the Programme") is run by Australian Premium Animal Products Ltd, Office B3, 12/F, Causeway Bay Commercial Building, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong ("WOOPF™", "we"), through the Social Snowball platform. This policy is the agreement between WOOPF™ and each ambassador ("you"). Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply alongside it. We may change this policy with thirty days' notice by email to ambassadors; changes apply to sales made after the notice period, and each version carries its effective date. Questions: hello@woopf.com with "Ambassador" in the subject.

Joining

The Programme is by application at the Ambassador Hub. A person reviews every application, usually within five business days; we look for a real dog, an audience or clients who trust you, and content we would be happy to stand behind, and there is no follower minimum. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we tell you either way. You must be at least eighteen and hold one ambassador account. Clubs, rescues and other groups may join in the group's name by arrangement through the contact form, with payouts to the group.

Your code and your link

On approval you receive a personal discount code and a personal link. The discount attached to your code is shown in your dashboard and may change with notice. Your code and link are for your own audience: your posts, videos and newsletters, your clients, adoption packs and club notices, and people who ask you. You may not publish them on coupon, cashback or deal sites, bid on the WOOPF™ name or product names in paid search or paid social, send them in bulk to people who did not ask, or pass them to others to redistribute. You may use your own code on your own orders; commission is not paid on them. We may change or deactivate a code where it is being misused, and we tell you when we do.

Commission

Commission is 10% of the order subtotal after any discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and import charges, on every order placed through your code or your link by a customer other than you, whether or not they have bought from us before. Your code attributes an order whenever it is used; your link attributes orders placed within thirty days of the click, on a last-click basis. Commission is not paid on your own orders, on trade orders or on gift card purchases. We may change the rate for future sales with thirty days' notice by email.

Payment

Commission is credited to your dashboard when the order is placed and becomes payable once the order has cleared the refund window in our refund policy without being refunded, cancelled or charged back; commission on an order that is refunded, cancelled or charged back is reversed. Payouts are made on the first business day of each month for commission that became payable in the previous month, by PayPal or as WOOPF™ store credit at your choice, in US dollars, once your balance reaches US$20; a smaller balance rolls over. You are responsible for any tax on your commission, and we may ask for the information we need to pay you and to meet our own tax obligations.

Disclosure

You must make clear, in every post, story, reel, video, newsletter, handout or message that carries your code or link, that you earn a commission from it: a paid-partnership label where the platform offers one, or "#ad" at the start of the caption, or "I earn a commission from this code" in text. Product we send you is disclosed the same way. This is the law in the countries we sell to, including the consumer law and advertising codes of Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, and it is a condition of the Programme regardless of where you are.

What you may say about the products

You may say what the product page says, in your own words, and what your own dog did with the product. You may say the products were designed by Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian. You may not say or imply that a product treats, cures, prevents or calms any condition; describe any product as "vet-approved", "recommended by vets", "escape-proof", "indestructible" or "chew-proof"; make any claim a product page does not make; or answer a follower's question about an animal's health with a product recommendation rather than a referral to a vet. The language kit on the Ambassador Hub is the reference for every product, and a health claim ends participation under section 11.

Content and brand assets

You own the content you create. By posting content that carries your code or link you allow us to reshare it on woopf.com, in our marketing and on our social channels, with credit to you, for as long as you are in the Programme and for six months afterwards; you can ask us to take any piece down at any time and we will. You may use the product images and the language kit on the Ambassador Hub and describe yourself as a WOOPF™ ambassador. You may not alter the WOOPF™ logo or product images, imply that you are employed by us or that we endorse anything beyond your recommendation of the products, or use the PURRZ™ or ASK A VET™ marks without our written agreement.

Conduct

You will promote the products honestly, comply with the law and the rules of each platform you use, and not use misleading, deceptive or high-pressure tactics. Content that shows rough handling of an animal, that is abusive or unlawful, or that would bring WOOPF™ into disrepute ends participation under section 11.

Your information

To run the Programme we hold your name, email address, social handles, payout details, tax information where required and the sales made through your code and link. Social Snowball processes this on our behalf, and PayPal where you choose it. Our privacy policy applies, including your rights to see, correct and delete your data; commission records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Ending participation

You may leave the Programme at any time from your dashboard or by email; we may end your participation at any time by email. In either case, commission that became payable before the end date is paid at the next payout, and your code is deactivated. Where participation ends for a breach of sections 3, 6, 7 or 9, the code is deactivated immediately and commission on the sales involved in the breach is forfeited; we tell you which sales and why. We may also pause payouts while we investigate a suspected breach, for no longer than one payout cycle.

Independence and liability

You take part as an independent person, not as our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own content and for complying with the law where you publish it. We are responsible for tracking and paying commission as this policy says and for the products we sell. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses or lost profits, and nothing in this policy limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

General

This policy is governed by the law stated in our Terms of Service, with the same protection for consumers where it applies. If any part of it is found invalid, the rest continues. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we may still enforce it later. Contact: hello@woopf.com with "Ambassador" in the subject, or the contact form at woopf.com/pages/contact.

Man with two golden retrievers in a park setting
Dr Duncan, Bridie and Kiko

From Dr Duncan

I want ambassadors who would recommend the gear for free,
which is why the policy is mostly about what you may say.

The trainer who fits harnesses all day, the vet nurse who sees the neck under the collar, the person whose Labrador has worn a tag through a year of swims: those recommendations already happen, and the programme pays for them. What I will not pay for is a claim. If a post says a bed fixes hips or a toy is indestructible, the person who believes it is a dog owner who trusted you, and the dog is the one who pays. So the policy says what you may say, gives you the words on the hub, and asks you to label the post, because the people following you deserve to know. The rest is money, and I have tried to make that part boring: a rate, a date, and no small print about when it is not paid.

Dr Duncan Houston, emergency veterinarian and founder of WOOPF™

Questions ambassadors ask before they apply

The short answers; the policy above is what applies.

When am I paid?

On the first business day of each month, for commission on orders that cleared the refund window in the previous month. It goes by PayPal or as WOOPF™ store credit, your choice, once your balance reaches US$20; below that it rolls over.

What happens if the customer returns the order?

The commission on that order is reversed before payout. That is why commission becomes payable only after the refund window; nothing is clawed back from money already paid unless the order is charged back later.

Can I use my own code?

Yes, on your own orders, and it is the cheapest way to get the gear onto your dog before you talk about it. You do not earn commission on your own orders, and buying through your code to resell ends the account.

Do I really have to label every post?

Yes. A paid-partnership label, or #ad at the start of the caption, or "I earn a commission from this code" in text. It is the law in the countries we sell to, and it is a condition of the programme everywhere. Gifted product is labelled the same way.

What can I not say?

Anything the product page does not say. In particular: that a product treats, cures, prevents or calms anything; "vet-approved" or "recommended by vets"; "escape-proof", "indestructible" or "chew-proof". You can say the gear was designed by Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency vet, and what your own dog did with it. The language kit on the hub has the words for every product.

Can a rescue or a club join?

Yes. Write to us through the contact form and we set the account up in the group's name, with payouts to the group. Adoption packs are the obvious place for a code: the new owner gets the discount and the rescue gets the commission.

What happens if I stop, or you stop me?

Either of us can end it any time by email, or you from your dashboard. Whatever you earned before the end date is paid at the next payout. The only time commission is forfeited is a breach: coupon sites, undisclosed posts, health claims, misleading tactics or rough handling of an animal on camera, and we tell you which sales and why.

ASK A VET

When a follower asks a health question.

Section 7 says send them to a vet, not to a product. A certified vet in the ASK A VET™ app can see the photos, ask what a comment thread cannot, and tell them whether it can wait. Your job is the recommendation; the diagnosis is somebody else's.
