“Size a bed to the dog stretched out, not curled up.”
Measure nose to tail base with your dog lying flat and add about 15cm. A dog that sleeps curled will still use a larger bed, but a dog that wants to stretch cannot use a smaller one, and an orthopedic bed only supports joints if the whole dog fits on the foam.

Clear answers about choosing, using and caring for WOOPF™ gear.
Are the beds machine washable?
Every WOOPF™ bed has a removable cover that machine washes cold. Wash covers separately, skip the fabric softener because it clogs the fibres that make the cover soft, and air dry rather than tumble dry so the cover keeps its shape. Replacement covers are sold separately for the Snüz range.
Are WOOPF™ products vet approved?
They are vet designed, which is a higher bar. Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, designs every WOOPF™ product, tests it on his own dogs and only releases it when it solves a problem he sees in practice.
What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $30. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Below $30, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract duties.
Can I return something that does not suit my dog?
Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing: tell us as soon as you notice and we replace, repair or refund, and cover the return postage. Change of mind or sizing: considered within 14 days on unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@woopf.com to begin.
