Trade and wholesale
The WOOPF™ Trade Programme gives approved businesses trade pricing across the full range, online ordering and reordering through a trade login, and the material to sell it: product photography, the vet's reasoning for every product, and the catalogue. It is built for vet clinics, pet retailers, groomers, trainers, daycares, and the shelters and rescues sending dogs home.
Two things up front. Trade pricing and minimums are shown once your account is approved, and approval usually takes one to three business days. And you are buying from the vet who designed it, Dr Duncan Houston, so every product comes with a reason your staff can repeat, and a list of the claims we do not make.
Six kinds of business already sell or recommend this gear. The programme gives each of them a price and a reason.
Retail that matches the advice: the front-clip harness for the dog that coughs on a collar, the memory foam bed after the cruciate repair, the tag with a lost-pet profile the owner can edit. Designed by an emergency vet, so the reasoning holds up at the consult table.
A range with a founder your staff can name and a story they can tell in a sentence, product pages you can copy from, and more than 650 customer reviews behind it. Best sellers first: the Explorer Harness, the Chewster chews, the SNÜZ bed.
Sealskin collars and leads that rinse clean after the bath, sold from the counter while the dog is still damp, and the Explorer Harness fitted on the table with the size table to fit it by.
The Explorer Harness and leads for the training walk, chews and snuffle mats for the dogs in your care. If you recommend more than you stock, the Ambassador Programme pays 10% on referrals instead, and some professionals do both.
Adoption packs at trade pricing: a harness, a Smart ID Tag with its free lost-pet profile, and a chew for every dog going home. Say you are a rescue on the form; it changes how we look at the numbers.
Bulk orders for staff gifts, client gifts and events, with the founder story to go in the box. Tell us the quantity and the date and we will tell you what is in stock.
The account
Shown in your trade login once you are approved, with the minimums beside it, so you see the margin before you order anything.
Your login shows trade prices on the normal store, with the sizes and colours as they are in stock. Order at checkout; reorder from your order history.
Clean product photography, the product copy, the size tables and the founder story, in one folder you can hand to whoever builds your site or your shelf talkers.
Every product page says what the product is for, what it is not for, and which dog it is wrong for. Your staff get the same sheet, plus the list of claims we do not make.
The WOOPF™ catalogue as a PDF now, and the trade price list with it once you are approved.
Trade orders and questions go to hello@woopf.com and get a reply from a person within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Your approved login shows trade pricing and minimums on the normal store, so you order sizes and colours as they are in stock.

Selling it
Three things a customer at the counter will ask about, and the true answer to each.
WOOPF™ is designed by Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, from what comes through the emergency door: the harness that slipped, the collar that never dried, the old dog that stopped getting into its bed. His golden retriever Bridie had both hips replaced; the beds started there.
More than 650 customer reviews across the range on woopf.com, and best sellers your customers may already have seen: the Explorer Harness, the Chewster Blocky Bone, the SNÜZ bed.
The Smart ID Tag opens a free lost-pet profile in the ASK A VET™ app that the owner edits from their phone, on top of the registered microchip, never instead of it. For a clinic it is the easiest conversation at the desk.
The application
Two minutes. We verify the business registration, reply within one to three business days, and your login shows trade pricing from the day it is approved.
From Dr Duncan
I see the gear after it fails: the collar on the dog with the cough, the harness the dog backed out of on a road, the bed the arthritic dog stopped using because the step in was too high. Every WOOPF™ product started as one of those. That matters to you for a plain commercial reason: your staff can explain each product in a sentence, the size table is on every page, and the claims are the ones a vet will stand behind, which is what keeps a customer from bringing it back. If you run a clinic, stock what you would recommend anyway. If you run a shop, stock what your staff can explain. If you are a rescue, say so on the form; adoption packs are the best use of this gear I know, and we price them like it. Bridie and Kiko tested every version.
Dr Duncan Houston, emergency veterinarian and founder of WOOPF™
Meet Dr DuncanThe short answers. Trade pricing, minimums and shipping quotes are in your login once approved.
There is no minimum to apply. Order minimums are set per product and shown with the trade pricing in your login once you are approved, so you see them before you commit to anything.
Trade orders ship tracked. Shipping is quoted on each order before it is dispatched, you approve the quote, and the lead time is on it; it depends on the size of the order and where you are. Say where you are on the form and we will tell you what to expect before you apply.
At checkout with your trade login, the same way a retail order is placed. If your business needs invoicing or payment terms, say so on the form and we will tell you what we can do for the size of the account.
No. A trade account is for your own shop, clinic, website or service. Marketplace listings need written agreement first, and unapproved listings end the account.
Not as a default, and we would rather say so than hint. Once an account has a trading history we are open to a conversation about a territory or a category.
The same as retail: defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items are covered. Report them with the order number and a photo, and we replace or credit them.
PURRZ™ is the cat brand from the same team, with its own range at purrz.com. Mention cats on the form and we set up PURRZ™ trade access as well.
A trade account buys stock at trade pricing and sells it. An ambassador recommends the gear and earns 10% on sales through a personal code, without holding stock. Trainers, groomers and clinics sometimes do both: stock the fast movers and use a code for the rest.
ASK A VET
Every Smart ID Tag opens a free lost-pet profile in the ASK A VET™ app, and the app is where owners keep the weight, the vaccinations and the medications, and talk to a certified vet when something is not right. A clinic or a shop that stocks the tag is putting a vet one tap from the collar.
