Measure the widest point of the ribcage just behind the front legs, set every strap to two fingers flat, and if your dog backs out of gear, choose the Explorer Harness: four adjustment points, elasticated chest straps and a padded handle for the moments that matter.

Explorer or Sealskin, which walking gear should I choose?
Explorer is the everyday no-pull system: breathable mesh padding, front and back D-rings, 3M reflective trim, four adjustment points and a padded handle on the harness. Sealskin is the waterproof version for dogs that swim, roll in mud or live somewhere wet: it wipes clean, never holds odour and dries in minutes. Many owners run Explorer for daily walks and a Sealskin collar for the beach.
How do I size a harness or collar?
Measure the widest point of the ribcage just behind the front legs for a harness, and the base of the neck for a collar, then check the measurement against the size guide on the product page rather than the weight range. Set every strap to two fingers flat underneath. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one and adjust down.
What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $30. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Below $30, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract duties.
Can I return something that does not suit my dog?
Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing: tell us as soon as you notice and we replace, repair or refund, and cover the return postage. Change of mind or sizing: considered within 14 days on unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@woopf.com to begin.
