Vet note
“Built from what an emergency vet sees at 3am.”
Emergency practice is a brutal product review: swallowed fragments from cheap chew toys, dogs that slipped a badly fitted harness on a main road, arthritic seniors sleeping on flat beds, and lost dogs wearing no tag. WOOPF™ exists to fix those problems before they happen, one range at a time.

Pup loves snuffle ball. Best time consuming toy she has
Snuffle Ball customer -
My puppy loves this ball! We throw it for him to fetch but he also loves dropping it and chasing it himself too.
MeteorBite Ball customer -
This is the second dog I've bought one for and after filling it with treats, you can be sure it was a hit.

FAQ
Questions dog owners ask us
Clear answers about choosing, using and caring for WOOPF™ gear.
Are WOOPF™ products vet approved?
They are vet designed, which is a higher bar. Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, designs every WOOPF™ product, tests it on his own dogs and only releases it when it solves a problem he sees in practice.
What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $30. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Below $30, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract duties.
Can I return something that does not suit my dog?
Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing: tell us as soon as you notice and we replace, repair or refund, and cover the return postage. Change of mind or sizing: considered within 14 days on unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@woopf.com to begin.
