Are WOOPF™ products vet approved?
They are vet designed, which is a higher bar. Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, designs every WOOPF™ product, tests it on his own dogs and only releases it when it solves a problem he sees in practice.
What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $30. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Below $30, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract duties.
Can I return something that does not suit my dog?
Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing: tell us as soon as you notice and we replace, repair or refund, and cover the return postage. Change of mind or sizing: considered within 14 days on unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@woopf.com to begin.
