Explorer is the everyday no-pull system: breathable mesh padding, front and back D-rings, 3M reflective trim, four adjustment points and a padded handle on the harness. Sealskin is the waterproof version for dogs that swim, roll in mud or live somewhere wet: it wipes clean, never holds odour and dries in minutes. Many owners run Explorer for daily walks and a Sealskin collar for the beach.

No. The Smart ID Tag is a QR code and NFC tag. Whoever finds your dog taps or scans it with any phone and reaches your dog's free lifetime profile straight away, with no app to download, and you get an alert with the scan location. It does not replace a microchip; keep both. If you want live location and activity, that is the GPS & Health Tracker.

Measure the widest point of the ribcage just behind the front legs for a harness, and the base of the neck for a collar, then check the measurement against the size guide on the product page rather than the weight range. Set every strap to two fingers flat underneath. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one and adjust down.

Every WOOPF™ bed has a removable cover that machine washes cold. Wash covers separately, skip the fabric softener because it clogs the fibres that make the cover soft, and air dry rather than tumble dry so the cover keeps its shape. Replacement covers are sold separately for the Snüz range.

Shipping is free on orders over $30. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Below $30, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract duties.

Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
