Every product on this page was designed by Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, and tested at home on his golden retrievers Bridie and Kiko before it went on sale. Emergency practice is a brutal product review: swallowed fragments from cheap chew toys, dogs that slipped a badly fitted harness on a main road, arthritic seniors sleeping on flat beds, and lost dogs wearing no tag. WOOPF™ exists to fix those problems before they happen, one range at a time.
Which WOOPF™ range does your dog need?
Chewster chew toys are built for dogs that destroy everything, led by the Blocky Bone treat-dispensing chew toy. How to choose, in three rules
Match the chew to the chewer, not to the dog's size. Chew strength matters more than weight. Pick a size too big to fit fully inside your dog's mouth, start on the firmer strength if your dog shreds soft toys in minutes, and replace any chew once pieces can come away.
Size a bed to the dog stretched out, not curled up. Measure nose to tail base with your dog lying flat and add about 15cm. A dog that sleeps curled will still use a larger bed, but a dog that wants to stretch cannot use a smaller one, and an orthopedic bed only supports joints if the whole dog fits on the foam.
Fit the harness to the chest, not the weight chart. Measure the widest point of the ribcage just behind the front legs, set every strap to two fingers flat, and if your dog backs out of gear, choose the Explorer Harness: four adjustment points, elasticated chest straps and a padded handle for the moments that matter.

Are WOOPF™ products vet approved?
They are vet designed, which is a higher bar. Dr Duncan Houston, an emergency veterinarian, designs every WOOPF™ product, tests it on his own dogs and only releases it when it solves a problem he sees in practice.
Which chew toy should I buy for a power chewer?
Start with the Chewster Blocky Bone in the firm strength and a size that is too big to fit fully inside your dog's mouth. If your dog shreds soft toys in minutes, skip the plush range entirely and stay with the solid rubber chews.
Explorer or Sealskin, which walking gear should I choose?
Explorer is the everyday no-pull system: breathable mesh padding, front and back D-rings, 3M reflective trim, four adjustment points and a padded handle on the harness. Sealskin is the waterproof version for dogs that swim, roll in mud or live somewhere wet: it wipes clean, never holds odour and dries in minutes. Many owners run Explorer for daily walks and a Sealskin collar for the beach.
Is the Smart ID Tag a GPS tracker?
No. The Smart ID Tag is a QR code and NFC tag. Whoever finds your dog taps or scans it with any phone and reaches your dog's free lifetime profile straight away, with no app to download, and you get an alert with the scan location. It does not replace a microchip; keep both. If you want live location and activity, that is the GPS & Health Tracker.
How do I size a harness or collar?
Measure the widest point of the ribcage just behind the front legs for a harness, and the base of the neck for a collar, then check the measurement against the size guide on the product page rather than the weight range. Set every strap to two fingers flat underneath. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one and adjust down.
Are the beds machine washable?
Every WOOPF™ bed has a removable cover that machine washes cold. Wash covers separately, skip the fabric softener because it clogs the fibres that make the cover soft, and air dry rather than tumble dry so the cover keeps its shape. Replacement covers are sold separately for the Snüz range.
What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $45.00 AUD. Orders are dispatched the next business day and sent tracked, so you get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Can I return something that does not suit my dog?
Yes. If a size is wrong or the product is not right for your dog, contact us and we will sort out an exchange or a return under our returns policy. Tell us what went wrong: it is how the next version gets better.
